Cucumber ribbon and natural yoghurt soup with a centre of smoked salmon and beetroot shots

Seafood Salad
Baby Octopus and prawn salad of baby watercress, radish and salmon caviar

Carpaccio
Tuna carpaccio with passionfruit dressing

Duck Tart
Confit duck tart with caramelised onion and Yarra Valley Dairy Chevre

Rolled Quail
Tempura akinori wrapped quail breast served with vegetarian sushi, shiitake and enoki in soy reduction

Lamb Rack
Macedon Ranges lamb rack with herb crust, served with pan fried polenta and squash pumpkin stuffed with pea mash

Blue Eye Cod
Oven roasted blue eye fillet with pickled octopus and basil mash

Duck Breast
Crispy skin duck breast served with rice noodles, steamed asparagus, bamboo shoots, baby carrot and snow peas, dressed in natsumi sauce

Veal Medallions
Slow cooked veal medallions served with grilled eggplant, truss tomatoes on Kumara mash with rosemary jus

Potato Risotto
Kumara potato, Kongo potato and Desiree potato risotto with white wine, thyme, capsicum strips and zucchini cubes

Broccoli with Carlsberg butter and sea salt

Chat potatoes with salsa verde

Wild rocket and reggiano salad
