Tasting Notes
Deep plum red with a purple edge. The nose shows dark berry fruits combined with lifted spice and just a touch of Viognier perfume. The palate is full and rich displaying spicy Shiraz fruit and again with just a touch of Viognier lift. There is a nice balance of acid and tannin that adds length to the finish.

Cellaring
Enjoy in its youth or cellar for 3 to 5 years.

Winemaking Notes
The winemaking was aimed at capturing as much fruit flavour as possible while also building in softness and richness through a short period of oak maturation. Early bottling has preserved the primary fruit flavours.

Viticultural Notes
A warm summer followed by a mild and sunny autumn produced finely structured grapes with excellent flavour definition.
