Tasting Notes
Mid plum red in colour and brilliant in clarity. The nose shows bright Point Noir fruit with flavours of raspberry, spice and savoury oak. The palate is rich and soft with fine tannin finish.

Cellaring
Enjoy in its youth or cellar for 2 to 3 years.

Winemaking Notes
The winemaking has been kept as simple as possible to preserve the pristine fruit characters. Fermentation was done in open top tanks with twice daily plunging. After pressing and malo lactic fermentation the wine received 12 months oak maturation. Prior to bottling the wine received a light filtration.

Viticultural Notes
A warm summer followed by a mild and sunny autumn produced finely structured grapes with excellent flavour definition.
