The Rochford Wines vineyard on Maroondah Highway in the Yarra Valley
draws fruit from over 35 Hectares. The Yarra Valley is one of Victoria's
premium cool climate wine regions.
We grow the following grape varieties in our Yarra Valley vineyard:

- Chardonnay

- Merlot

Macedon Ranges Label
The Rochford Wines vineyard in the Macedon Ranges, is nestled on
the northern slopes of the Macedon Ranges, 75 kilometers north of
Melbourne. Just near the Hamlet of Rochford from which it takes
its name, on the Lancefield-Woodend Road.
Situated just north of Mount Macedon at an altitude of 600 metres
above sea level, the vineyard enjoys a stunning view of the surrounding
Macedon Ranges, providing a distinctive Australian backdrop to wines
produced with an international perspective.
We grow the following grape varieties in our Macedon Ranges vineyard:
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Chardonnay
- Merlot
- Pinot Gris
- Pinot Noir
- Riesling

Latitude and Victoria Label
The Rochford Latitude and Victorian range sources its fruit from both our Yarra
Valley and Macedon Ranges vineyards and at times other vineyards
from within Victoria.
The Latitiude label was developed as a concept with the following
definitions in mind:
One is geometric, relating to distance, in terms of distance from
the equator or distance from side to side (for the record Rochford
is 38° Latitude)
The other is a little more esoteric and is about freedom of expression,
decision or opinion. This is the one we like and believe best reflects
the way we do things.
